Science is the mapping of nature into a form that humans can understand,so every discipline or art fallling into this definition is considerble as a science. However the interpretation of statistics is usualy colser to an art, a technology,or as a tool[5] but since statistics enables a researcher to draw meaningful conclusions from masses of data[6] and uses the scientific method to drow conclusion for sure it can be recognized as a science.

1. review of facts, theories, and proposals,
2. Formulation of a logical hypothesis that can be evaluated by experimental methods
3. Objective evaluation of the hypothesis on the basis of experimental results.

Its application lies in many aspects of the design of the experiment but generaly include:

1. Initial planning of the experiment,
2. Collection of data,
3. Analysis of results,
4. Summarizing of the data, and
5. Evaluation of the uncertainty of any statistical inference drawn from the results. [6]
